PLUMBLOGIC × MATES in Construction Partnership
PLUMBLOGIC Proudly Partners with MATES in Construction
At PLUMBLOGIC, we are committed not only to physical safety and operational excellence but also to the mental wellbeing and resilience of our people. That’s why we’re proud to partner with MATES in Construction, the industry-led mental health and suicide prevention program dedicated to creating more supportive, connected, and mentally healthy workplaces throughout the Australian construction sector.
Through this partnership, PLUMBLOGIC has become a MATES Accredited Site, a recognised standard that demonstrates our ongoing commitment to improving workplace mental health, reducing stigma, and ensuring every team member feels supported.
We have also completed key training programs with MATES, including:
- General Awareness Training (GAT) – raising awareness of mental health and suicide as preventable issues and equipping workers with practical insights for supporting mates.
- Connector Training – empowering volunteers within our workforce to identify early signs of distress and connect colleagues to support services.
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) – providing advanced skills to safely engage with someone in crisis and help build a safety plan.
This partnership ensures our workplace is not just safer, but stronger together — fostering a culture where it’s okay to talk about how you’re going, know how to support a mate in need, and feel confident accessing help when you need it.

Training Opportunities & Trade Exposure Program

PLUMBLOGIC takes great pride in its commitment to nurturing the future of the plumbing industry. Recognising the importance of skilled professionals in sustaining industry growth, we have forged strategic partnerships with local schools to support the next generation of plumbers through vocational training programs. Through these partnerships, we provide aspiring plumbers with access to hands-on training, mentorship, and educational resources that equip them with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the field. By investing in the development of future plumbers, we not only contribute to the growth and sustainability of the industry but also play a pivotal role in addressing the skills gap within our communities. We have a strong team culture and are proud to say that all of our plumbers have successfully completed their apprenticeships with PLUMBLOGIC. We also regularly attend local school trade days to showcase what a career in plumbing looks like and the opportunities it offers.
